    WPDesigner for Sale

    Posted: March 13, 2008 – 1:35 pm | Filled under: Blog | Comments Off

I had been waiting for a good time to give away 50 free memberships to Small Potato’s Theme Club , but now he’s announced that he’s decided to sell WPDesigner.com.

    $5 Club

SP has said that he hopes that the new owner will want to continue the Theme Club, but as it stands there are 4 themes available for download via the club.

If you’d like to join the club and have access to these four themes, with the hope that the new owners will provide more themes in the future, just leave a comment below and I’ll send you my special code.

    WP-Premiums Shop – Now Open

    Posted: March 10, 2008 – 11:51 pm | Filled under: Blog | Comments Off

If you’re interested in purchasing a Premium WordPress Theme, you’ll probably have to spend ages on loads of different sites looking for themes, trying out demos and comparing features.

There hasn’t been a one-stop Premium WordPress Theme shop to help buyers to find the theme they want, until now.

WP Premiums Shop: The Premium WordPress Themes Shop

The new WP-Premiums Shop brings together my favourite Premium Themes into one place. You can search by category until you find a theme that interests you, then read about the theme and give it a through demo, without having to navigate to another site. If you decide to buy the theme, simply press the buy button to proceed to the theme creator’s purchase page.

    Shop Theme Page

The shop is powered by the new Market theme, which I tweaked to match the main site. I also added some additional custom fields to allow me to add extra license options on the same page.

To generate the cool lightboxed demos I integrated Kevin Miller’s Lightwindow Script into my pages. Using this script allows you to navigate through the theme demo sites as if they were in a normal browser window.

    Theme Lightwindow Demo

Even if you’re not in the market for a theme right now, why not check out my shop and let me know what you think?

    Market

Market: Andrew Clemente has released his first premium theme for those wishing to use WordPress to run an e-commerce store, and it only costs $40 for a standard license. I predict that this theme is going to be a massive seller. Small Potato has written a very insightful review of this theme, and I plan to discuss it in more detail in my next post.

The iThemes guys have released two more new premium themes this week:
