Bloom is a creative and colourful web 2.0 magazine theme from WP Now, which would be ideal for personal blogs or informal news sites. The homepage structure provides an attractive content slider and a featured content block above two column of article excerpts and thumbnail images.

I liked the use of gravatars throughout the theme, with author gravatars used within individual pages and commentators’ gravatars in the sidebar in addition to their usual placement in post comments.
