Styling comments on a WordPress theme can be a tricky process. I remember it being a real hassle when I decided to restyle the comments on my personal blog.

Fortunately the new CommentBits site provides several comment styles which can be inserted into any theme with minimal effort (just upload the files to your theme folder and add a line to your functions file).

Three comment designs are currently available, and more designs are in production. Each design is available in multiple colours, with a psd for additional edits.

Boxy is a bold design with rounded corners (which can be easily converted to hard angles if required); Boxy is available in brown, orange, gray, red, and blue.

Neatly was inspired by popular forum thread designs, holding content in a two column design with rounded edges. Available in red, green, blue, and brown.

Quotable is a clean, bold comment style available in red, green, blue, gray, brown, pale and pink.
